FAQ

Orders and shipping

Where do you ship?
We ship anywhere in Canada.

How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on every order, anywhere in Canada. No minimum order.

How long will my order take?
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Larger items from Canadian warehouses usually arrive in 3 to 10 business days. Small daily-living aids usually take 10 to 20 business days. Remote and rural areas may take a little longer.

Why did my order arrive in more than one box?
Our products ship directly from different suppliers, so items may arrive separately. You'll get a tracking number for each package.

How do I track my order?
We email you a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Use the link in that email to follow your package.

Returns

Can I return something?
Yes. You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Full details, including how to start a return, are in our return policy.

What if my item arrives damaged?
Let us know within 7 days with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a replacement or a full refund. See our return policy.

Choosing the right product

How do I choose a rollator?
Check the weight capacity and handle height range against the user, and think about where it will be used most. Bigger wheels (8 in or more) are better outdoors. For a larger person, choose our 400 lb bariatric rollator.

Transfer bench or shower chair?
A shower chair sits inside the tub or shower. A transfer bench sits half in and half out of the tub, so the user can sit down outside and slide across without stepping over the edge. If stepping over the tub wall is hard, choose a transfer bench.

Which ramp length do I need?
Measure from the ground to the top of the step. Up to 15 cm (6 in), the 3 ft ramp is enough. Up to 30 cm (12 in), choose the 6 ft ramp.

Which size night light should I get?
The 10 cm and 20 cm bars suit hallways and bedsides. The 30 cm and 50 cm bars light up stairs, closets and longer walkways.

Should I check with a doctor first?
Our products are general daily-living aids, not medical treatment. If you have a medical condition or are recovering from surgery, it's a good idea to ask your doctor, physiotherapist or occupational therapist which aids are right for you.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards, Shop Pay and other options shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Shopify, and we never see your full card number.

Are prices in Canadian dollars?
Yes, all prices are in CAD. Taxes are added at checkout.
